Position Profile: Sr. Franchise Executive/ Franchisee Executive (MALE Candidates)

Brief Job Profile –
This role is required for developing Franchisee Network for Master Franchisees and help them
build scalable business by managing database, tele calling, field visit and presentation.
Candidates having 2-5 years’ experience in Channel Business Development, preferably
in franchising of service sector business (but not mandatory) with pealing personality
and excellent communication skill are welcome to meet us.

Remuneration: Rs.15,000/- to 25,000/- per month + reimbursements +attractive
Responsibilities of Sr. Franchise Executive/Franchisee Executive:
Manage the leads of prospect Franchisee from website, blog sites and social media.
Support Master Franchisees to develop Franchise Network under them by tele calling,
field visit and presentation.
Build, implement and manage all systems of prospect Franchisee, lead
generation, database management and back office support.
Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports (prospect franchisee)
to the superiors .
Extend value added support to Master Franchisee in screening, short listing and
finalizing prospective Franchisees.
Initial meetings with Prospects & Explanation of IPW Franchise Role & Responsibility,
Business Model & RoI.
Help Master Franchise in closing of Franchisee Deal.
Coordinate with Master Franchisee for Franchisee Agreement.
Facilitate any hand holding support to establish strong connect between Master
Franchisee & Franchisee.
Ensure mutually rewarding experience to all stake holders and transform Franchisees as
IPW Brand Ambassador.
Qualification And Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college / university.
At least 2-5 years of experience preferably in similar marketing and sales activities.
Excellent Fluency over spoken English, Hindi & Gujarati is must.
Should be well versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to interact and built a strong rapport with all levels of Business Partners.
Willing and able to bear high levels of responsibility, making decisions, being
Committed to making the project a success.
Travelling will be an integral part of the Job Role.
