Position Profile: Digital Marketing Executive/ Client Service Executive/ Client Account Executive (Male)

Brief Job Profile –

We are looking for an experienced Client Account Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts for our internal clients i.e. all group websites and portals.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all dimensions of Digital Marketing technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing, tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas for making our platform a delightful experience to the users.

Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Executive:

  • Articulate and share inputs to the team of developers about product & feature requirements on the group websites and portals.
  • Test UI & functionality of solution design of various features on company portals and other group websites and share feedback to the team of developers, re-evaluate the functions and endorse the functionality or escalate the matter.
  • Share UX feedback especially functionality improvement areas to the team developers.
  • Evaluate the quality of content with reference to its readability, articulation, punctuation, appropriateness of language and vocabulary and typos if any.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all internal clients
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to internal client needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales team to identify further development & improvement needs
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with Consumers.
  • Coordinate with designers to improve user experience.
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

Qualification, Experience, Skills & Abilities:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • At-least 3 years’ proven work experience as a Client Servicing Executive, Client Account Manager or relevant role
  • Working experience on Trade Portal / Service Portal /e-commerce platform will be preferable
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Exposure to CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or
  • HubSpot) preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking

Position Profile: Sr. Franchise Executive/ Franchisee Executive (MALE Candidates)

Brief Job Profile –

This role is required for developing Franchisee Network for Master Franchisees and help them build scalable business by managing database, tele calling, field visit and presentation. Candidate Requirements:

Candidates having 2-5 years’ experience in Channel Business Development, preferably in franchising of service sector business (but not mandatory) with pealing personality and excellent communication skill are welcome to meet us.

Remuneration: Rs.15,000/- to 25,000/- per month + reimbursements +attractive incentive

Responsibilities of Sr. Franchise Executive/Franchisee Executive:

  • Manage the leads of prospect Franchisee from website, blog sites and social media.
  • Support Master Franchisees to develop Franchise Network under them by tele calling, field visit and presentation.
  • Build, implement and manage all systems of prospect Franchisee, lead generation, database management and back office support.
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports (prospect franchisee) to the superiors . IPW-Franchisee Executive(Aug.-2020)
  • Extend value added support to Master Franchisee in screening, short listing and finalizing prospective Franchisees.
  • Initial meetings with Prospects & Explanation of IPW Franchise Role & Responsibility, Business Model & RoI.
  • Help Master Franchise in closing of Franchisee Deal.
  • Coordinate with Master Franchisee for Franchisee Agreement.
  • Facilitate any hand holding support to establish strong connect between Master Franchisee & Franchisee.
  • Ensure mutually rewarding experience to all stake holders and transform Franchisees as IPW Brand Ambassador.

Qualification And Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college / university.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience preferably in similar marketing and sales activities. Other Requirements:
  • Excellent Fluency over spoken English, Hindi & Gujarati is must.
  • Should be well versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to interact and built a strong rapport with all levels of Business Partners.
  • Willing and able to bear high levels of responsibility, making decisions, being accountable.
  • Committed to making the project a success.
